15 minutes practice / instruction with flowchart
In this class we go through the Flying Dragon sequence, developed by Suzee Grilley and taught to me by my teacher, Anat Geiger.
We start slow, going once through the whole sequence to get the movements and the possible options and then we do it a few more times, a little faster. You can do this class as is or get through the sequence and do as many times as you wish. It’s great to get your energy going and generate some heat 🙂 Be fierce, be a dragon and have fun!
