Partner yoga class by Mischa and Daniel

In these times of physical isolation, partner yoga is a playful and fun thing to do together with the people you are isolating yourself with: your partner, children or roommates.  This simple partner yoga class is about stretching and moving together. You use your partner’s weight to go a bit deeper into a pose or an opening. Don’t worry, there is no advanced acrobatics involved.
