Ik ken Prasad nu 15 jaar en sinds 2012 komt hij jaarlijks naar Nederland om Yoga workshops te geven en begeleidt hij mij op mijn persoonlijke Yoga pad. Prasad is echt geïnteresseerd in de deelnemers en ziet hun transformatie.
Daarnaast weet hij heel veel ‘over’ Yoga in al haar aspecten: de Veda’s, anatomy, pranayama’s, mudra’s, mantra’s, de Hindu goden, westerse filosofie versus oosterse filosofie, etc, etc.
Ik heb los van alle workshops in de afgelopen 15 jaar, in Corona tijd een aantal online trainingen bij hem gevolgd en afgelopen januari heb ik in Thiruvannamalai (India) de Meditation Facilitator Training van Prasad gevolgd (100hr), samen met 14 vrouwen uit 10 verschillende landen. Prasad is ongelooflijk inspirerend en alwetend.
